Bachelor in Engineering qualification secures An exciting career opportunity awaits you Requirements: Bachelor in Engineering qualification essential (preferably in Metallurgy / Chemical Engineering / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering) 5 years' experience in the manufacturing processes, SHE and quality procedures. Proficiency in MS Office is essential. Knowledge of Cold Products systems and equipment will be an added advantage. Physical fitness is essential to cope in Cold Products area. Responsibilities, but not limited to: Optimize and continuously improve the production processes adhering to QCDSM (Quality, Costs, Delivery, Safety and Moral) framework and will ensure that business KPA's and KPI's are met. Overseeing the three shift production teams. Ensuring safety and quality compliance within the teams in accordance with the relevant standards and cost effective effectively executing all production related activities. Reporting, analysing and monitoring the production process and product quality. Recommending improved processes based on trials and responsible for ensuring the implementation of the corrective actions.
