Requirements:

Bachelors in engineering qualification essential (preferably in Metallurgy / Chemical Engineering / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering)
5 years experience in the manufacturing processes, SHE and quality procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office is essential.
Knowledge of Cold Products systems and equipment will be an added advantage.
Physical fitness is essential to cope in Cold Products area.

Responsibilities, but not limited to:

Optimize and continuously improve the production processes adhering to QCDSM (Quality, Costs, Delivery, Safety and Moral) framework and will ensure that business KPAs and KPIs are met.
Overseeing the three shift production teams.
Ensuring safety and quality compliance within the teams in accordance with the relevant standards and cost effective effectively executing all production related activities.
Reporting, analysing and monitoring the production process and product quality.
Recommending improved processes based on trials and responsible for ensuring the implementation of the corrective actions.
