Position: Production Manager
Location: Johannesburg, South Africa

Job Summary: Oversee all aspects of the production process to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. Lead the production team, manage resources efficiently, and uphold health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Coordinate schedules, budgets, and inter-departmental collaboration.
Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality standards.
Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor production staff.
Resource Management: Optimize use of materials and labor, manage inventory.
Health & Safety: Ensure compliance and conduct safety audits.
Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
5+ years of production management experience, preferably in shopfitting or custom manufacturing.
Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
Proficiency in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
