Our client, an Engineering Company, seeks an experienced Production Manager with relevant pump knowledge in Boksburg. • Good general knowledge of pump applications, pump fundamentals, pumps operations and pump components • High acumen for engineering concepts and mechanical engineering • 5 – 10 years in a production environment overseeing the production facility from a design, planning and operating perspective. Exposed to business planning • Product and material knowledge, Metallurgy experience an advantage • Ability to interpret manufacturing drawings would be an advantage • Ability to change direction and handle multiple responsibilities and tasks on a regular basis. • Ability to positively motivate individuals and teams to meet or exceed project expectations. • Exceptionally high level of commitment to the success of individuals and overall projects. • Work ethics that complement the companys long-standing culture of high integrity throughout all areas of internal and external business activity. • Willing to put in extra effort and hours as needed. • Excellent track record and experience in client communication and customer service. • Result oriented with strong organizational skills • Provide timely responses to both internal and external customers. • Ensure quality of engineering/service support at customer sites. • Determine and recommend improvements to systems and provide technical support • Implement changes where required/necessary • Forecasting requirements for resource utilisation • Management reporting Degree or equivalent in Engineering Project Management Previous experience with ERP systems R60,000.00 – R65,000.00 Basic salary car allowance R10,000.00
