Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

Responsible for the planning, organising, coordination and control of the production of the company to ensure that the highest production standards are maintained at the lowest cost.
Implement measures to ensure that the various workshops are properly managed and controlled in order to ensure that projected profits margins and growth is achieved.
Provide controls to ensure that the Companys Production resources are correctly allocated, utilised and directed towards providing quality products that meet contract requirements and project delivery dates.

Qualifications

Skills

5 10 years in a production environment overseeing the production facility from a design, planning and operating perspective.
Exposed to business planning.
Good general knowledge of pump applications, pump fundamentals, pumps operations and pump components.
Product and material knowledge, Metallurgy experience an advantage.
Ability to interpret manufacturing drawings.
