Production Process Controller (Sasolburg) - Sasolburg
A completed National Diploma in Process or Chemical Engineering is essential, coupled with 2-3 years experience in a production environment, preferably within the petrochemical industry. Successful incumbent must reside in or around the Sasolburg area. KPI's include: operate plant machinery and equipment in areas of competency in accordance with work instructions; operate the plant on a shift basis in co-ordination with maintenance, EHSA and quality; perform routine plant inspections, reporting deviations and taking corrective steps to resolve issues; monitor and record process parameters and reporting abnormal operating conditions; support the Shift Supervisors to ensure the plant has adequate resources to operate safely; ESHA : follow production procedures and work instructions in compliance with the company's EHSA procedures; wearing of correct PPE in accordance with site operating and ESHA policies; ensure compliance to ESHA standards and adherence to 5S and housekeeping systems.
