The Production Supervisor will be responsible for assigning responsibilities, preparing schedules, guiding employees, and ensuring that production meets quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage the workflow by assigning responsibilities to operators and preparing production schedules. Guide and supervise employees, monitoring their productivity and providing support as needed. Oversee the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance to ensure optimal performance. Perform verification of production output to ensure it meets specifications and quality standards. Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient production processes. Maintain accurate records of production activities, equipment maintenance, and employee performance. Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency. Qualifications: Proven experience in a supervisory role within a production or manufacturing environment. Strong organizational and planning skills. Excellent leadership and communication abilities. Knowledge of production processes and equipment maintenance. Ability to monitor and evaluate employee performance and productivity. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
