Description Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor Location: Johannesburg, South Africa Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to manage the receiving and dispatch operations at our Johannesburg facility. The Warehouse Supervisor will ensure that materials and packaging are correctly issued and received, and will oversee the forklift drivers and job card issuance to the weigh room. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the receiving and dispatch operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Supervise forklift drivers, ensuring safe and effective operation of equipment. Issue job cards to the weigh room and ensure timely and accurate processing. Ensure that the correct materials and packaging are issued and received from the appropriate departments. Maintain accurate records of all warehouse transactions and activities. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any issues. Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to the Warehouse Manager. Qualifications: Proven experience in warehouse supervision or a similar role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management. Ability to lead and motivate a team. Forklift certification and experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
