The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective management of warehouse activities, including coordinating with various departments and managing inventory. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily running of the warehouse, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Interact and coordinate with the planning, production, manufacturing, and processing departments to align warehouse activities with company goals. Manage and participate in stock-take processes to ensure accurate inventory records. Supervise and lead warehouse staff, providing guidance and training as needed. Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Monitor and optimize warehouse space utilization and layout. Handle and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to warehouse operations. Maintain accurate records and reports on warehouse activities and performance. Qualifications: Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
