International automotive manufacturing company, invites applications from Project Lauch Engineer KPA - responsible for the launch of new programs, including the setup of launch team, new product & equipment industrialization & plant refurbishments with the application of best business practices, meeting customers' expectations. Employer: Sans Recruitment (Pty) Ltd email cv to : sanetsansrecruitment.co.za Duties: • In charge of setup of new project launch team, organizing and coordinating the work of related departments and ensure that the new projects can be launched successfully. • Supervising and guiding the effective implementation of engineering changes, including but not limited to: receiving and reviewing engineering change packages, tracking status and cost updates. • In charge of bring out requirement for site planning of new projects, approving and confirming site layout. • In charge of setup timing, quality, and cost requirements for new plant construction, rented plant renovation, public power allocation and information system setup and approve to execute. • In charge of new product SOP and product relocation work, meet customers' requirement • In charge of safety works and practice related safety regulations as well as perfect safety equipment and practice safety protect and production target and ensure employee and equipment safety. • Update project schedules Skills Mechanical Engineer: 5 to 6 years Project Launch: 5 to 6 years Development Engineering: 5 to 6 years Candidate Requirements Requirements • Grade 12. • Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering Diploma • Strong attention to detail. • Excellent interpersonal skills. • Ability to work in a team environment.
