Look no further Our client in the manufacturing industry is looking for a Project Lead. A project lead is the person in charge of leading an individual project. S/he often focus on creating a positive working environment, executing a project's requirements successfully and building a cohesive team of people that understand one another and work well together. Develop and implement quality control procedures for the commissioning phase of the project. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards. Provide guidance and support to the project team on quality control and assurance processes. Identify and report any quality issues and work with the team to find solutions. Collaborate with the project manager to ensure project milestones are met and quality standards are maintained. Communicate with clients and stakeholders regarding quality control and assurance measures. Prepare and submit quality control reports to management. Bachelor's degree in engineering, management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in QA/QC in the engineering industry. Knowledge of quality control standards and procedures. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office and MS Projects. Team Player Conflict Management Organisational skills Experience in commissioning phase of projects is preferred.
