Project Manager - Centurion
Collaborate with stakeholders at all organizational levels to define and agree on project scope
Listen for and resolve misunderstandings or disagreements about the scope
Ensure all portfolio resources understand the scope and its impact on other projects
Work with the team to identify and schedule all work required to fulfill the scope
Understand and create a thorough cross-functional project schedule involving stakeholders, discussing risks and impacts on scope or costs
Plan the project in detail to ensure integration of activities, identification of dependencies, and understanding of critical paths and milestones
Communicate the plan to obtain portfolio approval, ensuring understanding of its implications on revenues, delivery dates, resources, benefits, and deliverables
Identify and justify resourcing needs in line with the project plan, considering constraints from other responsibilities
Effectively manage third-party suppliers to the project
Assign tasks, set expectations, and provide guidance and support to team members
Identify project stakeholders and establish effective communication channels
Manage stakeholder expectations with regular updates on progress, risks, issues, and feedback
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives, priorities, and outcomes
Monitor the quality of deliverables to ensure project objectives are met
Manage site integration activities, including quote generation, scheduling, testing, commissioning, and handover
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager
Comprehensive knowledge of current project management methodologies
Technical expertise to create accurate project plans in multi-disciplinary settings
Ability to foresee and mitigate risks
Skilled in complex problem-solving
Strong multitasking abilities
Knowledgeable in using tools and metrics to assess project performance
Capable of identifying and resolving conflicts and tensions
Qualification:
Recognized qualification in Project Management.
