Our client is a well-established Printing company specialising in outdoor and indoor screen and digital advertising solutions. They have an exciting opportunity available for a Project Manager who will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our projects, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional service to clients. This role involves coordination with account managers, production teams, installation teams, and external vendors to ensure projects are executed efficiently from inception to completion. The Project Manager reports to the Operations Manager. NB: Please read the requirments set out below as only candidate who meet with these requirements will be considered for the position. Responsibilities and Duties among others but not limited to include: Liaise with the estimator to handle quotation requests and ensure accurate and prompt processing. Provide necessary information for job estimation, including artwork, blueprints, specifications and outsourcing requirements. Compile time, cost, and material requirements, and manage subcontracted services. Negotiate pricing with external suppliers when necessary. Verify job costings for accuracy and maintain technical knowledge of all the production. Collaborate with account managers to deliver superior client service and on-time project deliveries. Coordinate site checks, surveys, design requirements, vendor pricing, permits, and installation logistics. Follow up with manufacturing teams to ensure timely product delivery and oversee installation schedules. Keep the sales team updated on project progress and installation schedules. Understand and manage project invoicing, ensuring accuracy in cost and revenue analysis. Manage projects from initiation through to completion, resolving any issues that may arise. Oversee the projects assigned to him/her which includes planning, scheduling, and managing fabrication and installation teams. Analyse Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve efficiencies and implement procedures aligned with ISO 9001:2015 standards. Prepare induction documents in compliance with health and safety guidelines. Attend and actively contribute to management meetings. Experience, Skills and Qualification Requirements: Minimum of 5 years' experience in the Project Management role in the Printing environment - Essential. Must have strong project management skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery. Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of management, internal teams, and external stakeholders. Strong negotiation skills for vendor contracts and client interactions. Strong leadership skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and any other Project Management software Capability to contribute to dispute resolution with clients and vendors when necessary. Thrives in a fast-paced, demanding environment with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Detail-oriented approach to all assignments and tasks. Must have a Valid driver's licence and reliable own vehicle Matric Qualification in Project Management - Essential R30 000 to R35 000 per month subject to experience Apply Now
