Reference: DBN002607-TK-1 Ballito - Seeking a highly skilled and tech-savvy Personal Prompt Engineer to support the MD's endeavours in leading multiple organisations. This role involves integrating new technologies and automation tools to streamline daily tasks and enhance personal productivity. The ideal candidate will be proactive, processes-oriented, and possess a strong aptitude for technology and automation, with a focus on continuous improvement and teamwork. Key Responsibilities: Daily Meetings: Collaborate with the Managing Director to discuss daily tasks and priorities. Identify the key components of each task and the necessary information required for execution Automation and Process Improvement: Develop and refine prompts for automation tools. Run transcripts of daily meetings and use generative AI to produce outputs. Use automation tools to streamline routine tasks, including drafting email communications, populating task management systems, inbox maintenance, scheduling, and preparing for meetings. Design and implement automated workflows, including email rules and automated replies. Continuously improve automation processes through iterative feedback and testing. Information Management: Retrieve and gather necessary information for various tasks. Design and manage a system for information storage and retrieval. Task Prioritisation: Assist in identifying and prioritizing high-leverage tasks. Focus on tasks that enhance future productivity and efficiency. Administrative Support: Manage correspondence, including responding to emails and reviewing proposals. Perform other administrative duties as required.
