We are looking for a QHSE Co-ordinator and Administrator, The successful incumbent will be required to work across the J&J and Kenvue sites to support the operational management team to maintain GxP quality, environment, health & safety requirements. This is an important role that requires the obligatory to be actively involved in EHS-related tasks as well as provide advice. This Role requires The QHSE Lead to form part of the Pharma Quality & Compliance group which provides support to the regional QC teams who are dedicated to specific contracts/clients. This position is based in Midrand with occasional travel required to visit other sites and meet up with Contract managers/Clients. Main responsibilities include but are not limited to: To ensure that customer expectations are met within the provisions of the contract. Coordinate the activities required to ensure risk assessments meet legal requirements along with those of J&J/Kenvue & Sodexo. Ensure chemicals used will be fully compliant with local regulations. Assist with general Sodexo work where needed and other Sodexo sites. Update and maintain the SHEQ Safety files for all J&J/Kenvue Sites. Creating PowerPoint presentations. Righting of RA and SSOW. Record and report progress against all Health & Safety INDICATORS. Plan and lease with Site leads about the L1 inspections and CAPAs. Conduct L2 Audits and reports. Closing out CAPAs for L2 Audits. Closing CAPAs for J&J/Kenvue on Curve. Annual Supplier Audits and reports. Monitor Supplier site Safety file. Kitchen Inspections Medicals for all J&J/Kenvue sites. Record and report progress against all Health & Safety INDICATORS. Obtain appropriate documentation and certifications relating to EHS compliance. Report results and store records of reports according to cGxP guidelines. Carry out audit preparation and other activities that promote a quality/safety culture on-site to achieve business-as-usual audit readiness for successful client and regulatory audits of Sodexo compliance. Safety walks at all J&J Sites Health and safety Meetings conducted monthly Quality Meetings conducted Monthly. Trainings to be leased with Sites Assure all TBT areas are conducted daily at J&J/Kenvue sites. Build relationships with clients to ensure positive client feedback on quality / EHS performance. Environmental Science Degree. Excellent Interpersonal Skills. Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health. Risk Management. Leadership Skills. Organisational Skills.
