Franchise Manager - QSR industry - Jane Furse Responsibilities: Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to franchise standards and policies. Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise staff. Develop work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor performance. Customer Service: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing complaints, resolving issues, and maintaining a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Requirements : Business degree or equivalent. 4 years of experience in a Franchise managerial role within the fast-food industry. Stable work history Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in financial management and budgeting. Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.
