MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage and Update the Food Safety System Implement and maintain food safety regulations and requirements Manager food safety Audits Other Food safety and quality related Responsibilities Provide Technical expertise to team by using appropriate testing techniques Analyze product specifiation Identify and set appropriate quality standards and parameters for products Coordinates product testing processes in line with quality assurance Respond to safety complaints Monthly Management Reports Coordinate 20 keys within the quality department Ensure sensory assessments, packaging review and costing, necessary product to sting, assessment and trialing to identify and prvent launch issues in stores Execute business unit standard operating procedues and annual review of standard procedures Annual review of bill of materials versus product specifications Relevant Diploma of B.Degree in Food Science and Tehnology Food safety related training (ISO, HACCP, FSSC) Good Admin and Leadership skills Meat industry experience will be beneficial.
