Roles and Responsibilities:

Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, by placing ad's
Conducting interviews and sorting through candidate applications
Assessing candidates knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit available positions.
Completing paperwork for new hires
Identify new business opportunities.
Sourcing of candidates, using a proactive sourcing approach; platforms like PNet, CJ and to achieve the desired results
Monitor responses/applications received and make sure that candidates applications are processed efficiently
Qualify, shortlist and present suitable candidates against defined job vacancies
Assist in the recruitment and selection processes by effectively liaising with the candidates and internal teams
Initiate, manage and develop candidate relationships
