The Opportunity
We are searching for a passionate and results-oriented Regional Manager to join our dynamic team in South Africa. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in the agricultural sector, leading and developing a team of Technical Sales Representatives (TSRs) while driving regional profitability.
What You'll Do
- Manage the Profit & Loss (P&L) for your assigned territory, including market analysis, segmentation, and developing and monitoring activity to achieve annual targets.
- Lead and develop a team of Technical Sales Reps through recruitment, integration, training, and motivation to maximize sales performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agricultural distributors in your region, fostering sustainable partnerships aligned with the company's commercial policies.
- Collect, analyze, and report on performance data to assess regional effectiveness and inform strategic decision-making.

- Highly knowledgeable about the agricultural sector with a deep understanding of its challenges and opportunities.
- Proven track record of success in a sales environment, with strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Passionate about agribusiness and team development, with a talent for motivating and inspiring others.
- Energetic and people-oriented, with the ability to build strong relationships and thrive in a collaborative environment.
- Proven leadership qualities, including the ability to set goals, manage resources, and make effective decisions.
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
