Project Controls Lead/Manager - Middelburg
We are currently looking for a Project Controls Lead/Manager to join our team. This is a 12-month contract position based in the Middleburg area.
Minimum Requirements:
Educational Background:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PMI-SP, PSP) are often preferred.
Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in project controls roles within the construction, engineering, or similar industries. Experience with project management software and tools is essential.
Analytical Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
Leadership:
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead a team of project controls professionals effectively.
Role Overview:
Responsible for ensuring effective planning, scheduling, progress measurement, cost control, and reporting for a project or program. Work closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to develop and maintain detailed schedules, monitor costs, and analyze project performance. The role is pivotal in providing accurate and timely information to support decision-making and ensure the project meets its objectives within budget and on schedule.
