Description Regional Manager: Estates required in Cape Town to manage and oversee the Estates and Property portfolio with the allocated regions. Requirements: Town Planning Qualification (non negotiable) Work experience on leasing commercial property Face to Face interaction and dealings with Landlords Must have dealt with Municipalities in terms of signing of lease agreements and renewals Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent negotiation skills Work experience with renewal of lease agreements Towerco Industry background Duties: Manage rentals and develop initiatives to reduce costs Focus on mangaging operation, staff, vendors and stakeholders Customer excellence and quality assurance Compile management, dashboard, strategic and operational Reports
