Regional Manager: Estates - Cape Town City Centre
Regional Manager: Estates required in Cape Town to manage and oversee the Estates and Property portfolio with the allocated regions.
Requirements:
- Town Planning Qualification (non negotiable)
- Work experience on leasing commercial property
- Face to Face interaction and dealings with Landlords
- Must have dealt with Municipalities in terms of signing of lease agreements and renewals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Work experience with renewal of lease agreements
- Towerco Industry background
Duties:
- Manage rentals and develop initiatives to reduce costs
- Focus on mangaging operation, staff, vendors and stakeholders
- Customer excellence and quality assurance
- Compile management, dashboard, strategic and operational Reports
