Regional Secretary - Gauteng Gauteng Checkers JHB North West Region has an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Regional Secretary with excellent communication, customer relations and time management skills. The successful candidate will provide dedicated support to the Regional Team by ensuring all secretarial and administrative tasks are handled efficiently. Job Objectives: Management of the day-to-day administrative activities of the Regional Team which includes, but not limited to: Diary management and screening of calls. Preparing and editing confidential correspondence, reports, and documents. Coordinating travel and accommodation arrangements. Submitting and tracking HR documentation. Assisting with special projects. Experience: Secretarial experience Administration experience Qualification: Grade 12 Knowledge and Skills: Computer literacy skills Microsoft 365 proficient Time management skills Effective communication skills, both written and verbally Prioritisation and problem-solving skills Excellent planning and organising skills. Ability to interact confidently and professionally with staff at all levels within the organisation and external vendors. Proactive and flexible Monthly Salary: Market related Apply Now
