Candidate Requirements:
- Have at least 3 - 5 years experience working in a tourism or travel call centre
- Experience as a systems administrator would be an advantage
- Knowledge of NebulaCRS, Nebula Call Centre, OPERA, OPERA Cloud & eRES would be beneficial
- Computer skills a must, especially Microsoft Office
- Must be an organized individual with good time-management skills
- Must have good verbal and written communication skills
- Be able to work under pressure
