Candidate Requirements:

Have at least 3 - 5 years experience working in a tourism or travel call centre
Experience as a systems administrator would be an advantage
Knowledge of NebulaCRS, Nebula Call Centre, OPERA, OPERA Cloud & eRES would be beneficial
Computer skills a must, especially Microsoft Office
Must be an organized individual with good time-management skills
Must have good verbal and written communication skills
Be able to work under pressure
