Systems Administrator - Bryanston

Scope & General Purpose:
  • Manage daily administrative tasks related to the reservations system.
  • Load all contracted rates received from sales into the system.
  • Oversee booking portals, including API connections and OTA platforms.
  • Create and manage allocations to maximize revenues and occupancies.
  • Identify peak and low periods and implement strategies accordingly.
  • Assist the Reservations Manager with inventory management.
  • Generate weekly and ad hoc systems reports as required.
Requirements:
  • System knowledge: NebulaCRS, Nebula Call Centre, OPERA, OPERA Cloud & eRES.
  • Proven experience as a systems administrator or similar role in hospitality.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent command of English, both verbal and written.
  • Well-organized with exceptional time management abilities.
  • Outstanding communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to perform accurately under pressure and meet deadlines.
Minimum Experience & Requirements:
  • 3-5 years' experience in a tourism/travel call center or reservations department for multiple properties.
  • Solid interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Must possess a valid RSA ID.
  • Dynamic, self-starter with a flexible approach and presentable appearance.
