We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing a restaurant, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to enhance both team performance and customer satisfaction. Oversee daily operations from Interface with the public and ensure a high level of customer service Organize and lead a team, fostering a positive and professional work environment Implement and maintain high standards of etiquette and service Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner Monitor inventory levels and manage supply orders Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities High level of organization and attention to detail Ability to work under pressure and resolve conflicts Knowledge of the food and beverage industry, especially Nigerian cuisine Proficiency in restaurant management software is a plus
