Client is looking for a successful incumbent that must have strong sales management and operational skills with experience working across various business units. The role reports to the CEO and key responsibilities of the role include implementing systems, internal controls and store audits. Duties & Responsibilities Ensure that stores are profitable Following disciplinary procedures and chairing inquiries (presiding officer) Head Office inspections to ensure store is running operationally Handle escalated customer complaints Handle suppliers where necessary Manage the local store marketing done by the Managers Build and align and develop team according to company goals Attend Operations meetings and communicate with managers Period and quarterly store audit routine Regular Restaurant visits Area manager success routine Daily store audits with weekly and monthly feedback to managers High visibility leadership and management Sales/ marketing and time management Drive customer excellence, facilities management, HR management, financial management, Informational management, risk management Communication with external parties eg. service providers, customers etc. Work closely with the other Divisionals and CEO on a daily basis Attending ad hoc requests from the CEO. Finding of innovative solutions to address critical elements Investigate and ensure individual product profitability Implement Loss control processes and monitor Skills: Maintenance control Stock Control Multi store management Handle pressure and strict deadlines Work well within a team and independently Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Deadline and outcome driven Advance Excel / Sheet skills Sound communication Skills Ability to implement systems and plans Problem Solving skills Analytical skills with excellent attention to detail Strategic thinker Reliability Management & Leadership skills Desired Experience & Qualification Must be able to travel extensively Valid Driver's License Matric / Diploma with 2 to 5 years experience as a manager - Fast Food Franchise managing multiple stores at the same time Experience in staff management Experience in loss control Experience knowledge in procurement best practises Experience in cost and risk management Experience in planning & resource management Advanced computer literacy, MS Office, Excel & G Suite (Essential) Location: Richards Bay Salary: R 20 000 - R 25 000 CTC per month Please Note: This position requires you to live in, food will be provided Should you meet the above requirements, please send your cv to kendallproappoint.co.za Only Shortlisted candidates will be contacted Apply Now
