Key responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of our fleet of side tippers
Schedule and dispatch side tippers to ensure timely delivery of materials
Monitor the performance of side tippers and subcontractors
Identify and implement process improvements
Manage relationships with subcontractors
Resolve customer issues
Prepare reports and presentations
Stay up to date on industry trends and regulations
Detailed analysis of transporter cost, budget targets and performance
Identify new transporters to onboard
Ensure and implement SOPs and processes to ensure efficient transport operations
Problem solve deviations from planned vs actual

Minimum requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred
5+ years of experience in the side tipper industry
Proven track record of success in managing subcontractors
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
