Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our client's dynamic sales team. The Sales Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts by assisting with administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients and guests. Key Responsibilities: - Assist the Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize occupancy - Handle incoming inquiries and requests for information from prospective clients, ensuring timely and accurate responses - Prepare proposals, contracts, and sales agreements for clients, adhering to hotel policies and procedures - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, packages, and promotional offers to effectively promote and upsell to clients - Coordinate site inspections, meetings, and events for clients, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction - Collaborate with other hotel departments, including catering, reservations, and event planning, to ensure coordinated efforts in fulfilling client needs - Maintain client databases and CRM systems, entering accurate and detailed information for effective tracking and reporting - Assist with the preparation of sales presentations, reports, and marketing materials as needed - Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry meetings to promote the hotel and build relationships with potential clients Requirements: - Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Administrator, or similar role in the hospitality industry, preferably within a hotel environment - Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and collaborative attitude - Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks, including data entry and document preparation - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs Preferred Qualifications: - Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Knowledge of sales and revenue management principles - Experience with hotel booking systems - Multilingual skills advantageous for international clientele MR - MR - Monthly
