An award winning Audio/Visual and Technology corporate are currently looking for a suitable Sales Manager to manage and develop a team of Sales Representatives as well as develop and execute sales strategies in order to achieve revenue targets. Duties & Responsibilities Develop sales plans and meeting sales targets Managing and dveloping a sales team. Hiring, training, coaching and performance management Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention Sales forecasting and reporting Manage the sales budget. Ensuring that resources are allocated effectively Desired Experience & Qualification Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field A minimum of three years working experience within a sales management role A good understanding of the Audio-Video equipment industry is preferred Analytical skills Package & Remuneration R 550 000 CTC Per Annum (Dependent on Experience)
