The purpose of the position is to provide security services to the ATM business by assessing security at ATM sites, investigating ATM crimes and liaising with SAPS to ensure that risks to company assets are mitigated and criminal activity is reduced. Investigate all major vandalisms/bombing/grindings cases and resolve Investigate all cases of fraud and card skimming as reported Investigate all health and safety incidents and resolve Investigate all internal security incidents and breaches Coordinate all information with SAPS Investigators Liaison with SAPS Investigation Officers and industry Investigators regarding trends in industry Source informants in area of responsibility managed sourced informants accordingly Assist in sourcing informants in areas other than area of responsibility Do security site assessment for every site visit as per procedure Write feedback reports on each investigation Compile case dockets as required assist Investigation Officers where required with compilation of dockets Update investigation diary on each case daily Weekly update report on all investigations Compile 3 monthly case report, reporting on progress of all cases Daily update report on high profile cases Matric Completed Qualification would be an advantage PSIRA Qualification, OHS Qualification, Firearm Competency, handgun, Shotgun and HMC – Business Purposes Must have Security Field Experience, SAPS, SANDF Minimum 5 years SANDF/SAPS Experience Informant Handling experience Organised Crime Investigations Detectives Course, Covert Operations Surveillance and Counter Surveillance Training/Experience Risk/Threat Assessments MS Office Proficiency (Word and Excel) Must be prepared to work long hours and autonomously Medical Aid Provident Fund Company Vehicle Petrol card Company Cellphone
