Large manufacturing organisation based in the Upper Highway area has a need for a Senior Application Team Lead who can manage the entire application landscape across 2 sites Managing and supporting the ERP system and various ERP integrated systems Developing and establishing standards and procedures to support the Applications landscape Taking an active leadership role of Local IT and acting as a conduit to the Business, Group IT and the other IT Service Providers Assisting in the planning, scoping and implementation of new systems and additions Preparing project budgets and presentations for the Applications landscape requirements 3 RD party vendor management Ensuring compliance Managing and co-ordinating SLAs Team management and leadership Relevant 3-year IT degree ITIL or PMI certification preferable Minimum 6 years business analysis / system application support experience Solid experience in supporting ERP Systems (Baan IV and/or SAP preferable) Must have good understanding of server environments (LAN/WAN), software changes, software support Must have solid leadership skills (lead an Applications Support Team) and be the go-to person when it comes to the Applications landscape Projects and Operations Experience in business intelligence and implementing new business intelligence reporting to enhance user experience (PowerBI, QlikView and T-SQ) preferable Energetic and driven Conflict management Ability to handle pressure Solid client liaison skills Solid leadership skills
