We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Salesperson / Business Developer to assist in managing the operations of our AUTO1 car parts and accessories store. This role involves overseeing staff, driving sales, managing inventory, and developing business opportunities. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, possess strong leadership skills, and demonstrate a proactive approach to achieving business objectives. Manage daily operations of the AUTO1 car parts and accessories store. Lead and supervise store staff, ensuring high levels of motivation and productivity. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. Drive customer engagement and satisfaction through exceptional service and product knowledge. Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability. Collaborate with the Head of AUTO1 to develop business plans and strategies for growth. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement. Foster relationships with customers and suppliers to enhance business partnerships. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the automotive parts or retail industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to think strategically and problem-solve effectively. Results-driven with a track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs. Proficiency in inventory management and stock control. Own transport and willingness to travel as required. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
