They are currently seeking a talented and innovative Senior Interior Designer to join their team and contribute to creating breathtaking interiors that enhance the lifestyle of their discerning clients. Job Summary: As a Senior Interior Designer specializing in high-end residential projects, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our clients' visions to life. You will lead a team of designers, collaborate closely with clients, architects, and contractors, and manage projects from initial concept through to final installation. Your expertise in luxury design, attention to detail, and exceptional leadership skills will be instrumental in delivering outstanding results. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and execution of high-end residential projects, ensuring a seamless integration of aesthetics, functionality, and client preferences. Develop comprehensive design concepts, including space planning, material selection, color schemes, and lighting design. Create compelling presentations using mood boards, sketches, and 3D renderings to communicate design ideas effectively to clients. Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within financial parameters. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional service throughout the design process. Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering their professional development and enhancing team performance. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure design integrity and quality throughout the project lifecycle. Stay informed about current design trends, materials, and technologies in the high-end residential market, incorporating these insights into your work. Conduct site visits and project inspections to oversee implementation and ensure adherence to design specifications. Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field (NCIDQ certification preferred). Minimum 5-8 years of experience in residential interior design, with a strong focus on high-end, luxury projects. Proven experience managing and leading design teams to successfully deliver complex projects. Expertise in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong knowledge of luxury furnishings, finishes, and trends relevant to high-end residential design. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborators. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines. A passionate, creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and an understanding of sophisticated aesthetics. Market related, depending on the Candidate;s current salary, skills, experience, etc.
