Millwright or Electrician with a valid Trade Certificate.
Additional certifications such as ECA or a Wiremans license are preferable.
Requirements
10-15 years of experience in a maintenance role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong safety orientation and knowledge of regulatory compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
Effective team player with robust project management capabilities.

Maintenance Protocols: Coordinate and maintain the planned and preventative maintenance schedules.
Technical and Project Oversight: Provide technical guidance on capital projects and oversee troubleshooting and resolution of mechanical and electrical issues.
Innovation and Technology: Keep updated with the latest electrical technologies and innovations for enhanced operational efficiency and safety.
