Key Responsibilities:

Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritise product requirements, ensuring they are well-documented and clearly communicated to the development team.
Lead the product development process, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful product delivery and market adoption.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
Prioritise and manage the product backlog, making informed decisions on feature prioritisation and trade-offs.
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related matters, providing clear and effective communication to stakeholders and team members.
Mentor and guide junior product team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

Qualifications:

BSc/BCom degree in Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field.
6+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex products from concept to launch.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile development environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and creatively.
Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and product analytics platforms.
Passion for building products that solve real customer problems and deliver exceptional value.
