We are looking for a strong Reservations Manager who will be based in Cape Town but looking after a 5 Star Property in Botswana. You will be managing the reservations process and operation in the property, by coaching and motivating the team to deliver quality guest service and meet financial targets for the property. The Candidate must have relevant 5 Star Hotel & Lodge experience. Must be willing to travel to Botswana to assist at the Property when required. Responsibilities: Liaising with central reservations to communicate new rate plans and promotions Liaising with travel agents, the revenue manager and the rooms division manager Assisting the sales team in setting their rates Maintaining the in-house reservations systems Forecasting revenue streams Skills: Strong Organsational Skills Excellent Communication Skills Sales Driven
