- BEng or MEng (Mechatronic or Electronic Engineering)
- 10+ years of relevant engineering development experience
- Willingness to travel overseas for variable periods
- Multi-skilled engineering experience in electrical, mechanical, controls and simulation disciplines.
- Proficiency in Electrical Vehicle architecture design, sub-systems design, HV Systems, battery management, high power DC charging, thermal management, HVAC systems, VCU and BCM Controllers and safety standards.
- Lead advanced powertrain projects
- Team management and development
- Drive innovation and strategy for alternative drive solutions
- Enhance business development
- Ensure legal and safety compliance
