As a Mechanical Wet & Fire Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing wet and fire protection systems for a range of building projects. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of engineers and architects to ensure that all designs meet the required standards and client specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop detailed designs for wet and fire protection systems, including sprinklers, hydrants, and fire pumps.
Prepare calculations, technical reports, and design drawings.
Ensure designs comply with local building codes, standards, and regulations.
Conduct site inspections and provide technical support during construction phases.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to integrate wet and fire protection systems into overall project designs.
Participate in project meetings and present design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Professional Engineer (PE) license is an advantage.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical wet and fire protection design.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant tools.
Strong knowledge of local building codes and NFPA standards.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
