We are looking for a service deliver manager with ITIL that will play a critical role in managing and overseeing the delivery of services within DIGICITY. 1. Service Delivery Management - Oversee Service Delivery: Ensure that services are delivered to clients according to agreed-upon standards, timelines, and quality. - Service Level Agreements (SLAs): Monitor and manage SLAs to ensure compliance and address any issues promptly. 2. Client Relationship Management - Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding service-related queries, concerns, and feedback. - Client Satisfaction: Regularly gather and assess client feedback to ensure high levels of satisfaction and identify areas for improvement. 3. Team Management - Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and mentor the service delivery team, including engineers, technicians, and support staff. - Resource Allocation: Ensure that the team is appropriately staffed and that resources are allocated efficiently to meet service demands. 4. Operational Management - Process Improvement: Develop, implement, and refine service delivery processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. - Incident Management: Oversee the resolution of service incidents and ensure that appropriate measures are taken to prevent recurrence. 5. Reporting and Documentation - Service Reports: Generate and review regular reports on service performance, including daily, weekly, and monthly summaries. - Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of service activities, client interactions, and operational procedures. 6. Strategic Planning - Service Strategy: Contribute to the development of service strategies and plans that align with organizational goals. - Innovation: Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in service delivery, including the adoption of new technologies and methodologies. 7. Budget and Cost Management - Budget Oversight: Manage the budget for service delivery, ensuring that expenses are controlled and aligned with financial goals. - Cost Efficiency: Identify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising service quality. 8. Compliance and Quality Assurance - Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all services are delivered in compliance with relevant regulations and standards. - Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance practices to maintain high standards of service delivery. Skills and Qualifications 1. Technical Knowledge - IT Infrastructure: Understanding of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and software. - Service Management Tools: Proficiency with service management platforms and tools. 2. Leadership Skills - Team Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively. - Decision-Making: Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. 3. Communication Skills - Client Interaction: Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and understanding their needs. - Internal Communication: Clear and effective communication with team members and other stakeholders. 4. Analytical Skills - Data Analysis: Ability to analyze service performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement. - Reporting: Proficiency in generating and interpreting service reports. 5. Organizational Skills - Time Management: Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities. - Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and reporting. A service manager is essential in ensuring that services are delivered efficiently, effectively, and to the highest standards, contributing to the overall success of the organization and satisfaction of its clients.
