An Agritalent client, a leading agribusiness, seeks a Short Term Insurance Advisor (Broker) is to provide advice to clients, on short term products, assess and manage risks. The broker will be required to maintain and manage the current insurance book and source new clients. Duties and Responsibilities Conduct a thorough analyses of clients' current short term insurance policy, identifying possible risks, giving the necessary advice in the interests of the customer. Identify areas where clients can impose risks and provide recommendations for mitigating protencial risks. Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional customer service and regular communication. Marketing of insurance products. Managing general administrative tasks and employees. Manage strategic opjectives of the Company towards meeting their financial goals. Stay up-to-date with changing financial regulations and investment products to ensure compliance and provide accurate advice. Maintain client records and documentation accurately and confidentially. Requirements Relevant National Certificate/ Advanced Diploma/ BTech Degree/ Bachelors Degree with preference given BCom Accounting/ Marketing/ Business Management/ Finance/ Risk Management. Regulatory Examination for Representatives (RE5). Regulatory Examination for Key Individuals (RE1), will be to your advantage. 5 Year's proven experience as Broker.
