Our client is seeking highly motivated and experienced Construction Managers to join their dynamic team of Roads delivery experts. The ideal candidates will be well-versed in Roads Construction projects in South Africa.
Job DescriptionNational Roads & Water Supply experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and deliver Roads construction projects efficiently and within budget.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost estimations.
- Supervise construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Oversee procurement and logistics activities.
- Address and resolve any project-related issues or challenges.
- Positions based in Eastern Cape, Northwest, Limpopo, Mpumalanga and the Western Cape. Candidates must be willing to relocate.
Registration with the (SACPCMP) South African Council for the Project & Construction Management is a MUST-Ndip/BSc/BEng/BTech Civil Engineering
SkillsProven experience in National Roads delivery projects in South Africa Strong project management skills and the ability to work under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
