The ideal will be supporting Warehouse logistics and distrubution, bridge the gap between operational and technical and must be able to translate logistic requirements and issues into IT languages. Address system-related inquiries and offer first and second-level support, including initiating escalation procedures as necessary. Ensure optimal operation of Blue Yonder WMS Warehouse Management and Transportation systems. Analyze and enhance work/process flows associated with deployed systems, contributing to process and solution design. Customize the Data Warehouse and generate reports. Develop and conduct user training sessions and workshops. Conduct regression and new development testing. Maintain current online documentation of system processes. Tertiary qualification Experience with Blue Yonder WMS, and User support Experience in Warehousing l Logistics Experience with projects within system environment of Warehouse and Transport Management systems, including Integrating external sercies providers and applications.
