Monitor the work quality of the outsourced customer Service teams. Staff recruitment and supervision. Project Management Support Invoice marketing campaigns and vouchers from service providers and contribute to operational budget planning. Monitor and measure the staff performance according to the agreed daily and weekly targets. Coordinate rollout plans with technical development teams and identify potential operational risks. Provide regular managements reports. Requirements Degree/Diploma in relevant field Process management, project management or operations support advantageous.
