Our Client who is in the manufacturing sector is looking for a Production Supervisor to lead a team of 25 within the Factory ensuring that daily targets are met. The team is responsible to hand making items for the retail sector. Manage, lead and control a group of produntion team members Ensure that all employees are exposed to a healthy and safe working environment Ensure that the units produced are on target for each department and are of the correct quality standard Consequence management Contribute to the greater goal of the factory Daily meetings with planning as per the production meeting Weekly Supervisor meetings Audits of goods used in Production to determine minimum and maximum requirements per item daily Minimum Requirements Grade 12 or NQF level 4 Diploma in Production Management advantageous 4 Years' experience in line management R25K
