Profile Personnel is expanding We are looking for a dynamic individual who would like to join the Profile team as a Talent Acquisition Consultant based at our Head Office in East London. In this role, you will have the opportunity to run your own desk and determine your income. The ideal candidate will have the following outcomes; We have compiled a number of responsibilities you will have in this position; Responsibilities are the following but not limited too; Full end-to-end recruitment and selection process Prospecting and sales of new and current client relations Sales pipeline management Negotiating contracts Headhunting candidates Interviewing and assessing prospective applicants and matching them with vacancies at client companies within SOP standards Screening candidates according to industry code of ethics and drawing up shortlists of candidates for clients to interview Organising interviews on a National basis Making arrangements for the advertisement of vacancies Helping applicants to prepare for interviews Building relationships with clients. Posting job vacancies onto in-house systems and internet portals. Diary management Attending of networking events Conducting references on candidates Compiling reports Assisting with Temp Operations Marketing campaigns for vacancies on various platforms Minimum Requirements for the role; Must be a seasoned recruiter with high level understanding of the full recruitment process from start to finish. Unquestionable commitment to driving recruitment sales and achieving targets Ability to develop new clients and grow existing accounts, through sound sales strategy, persistence and world class service delivery Drive and lead the recruitment process for positions for our clients ensuring 3 to 5 years recruitment experience Matric required Tertiary Qualification – B-Tech, Bachelors or Diploma required Please forward Updated CV and ALL supporting documentation to, careersprofilepersonnel.co.za.
