Job Overview: Due to anticipated exciting growth opportunities for our range of commercial and industrial diesel generator sets, we are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic Technical Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on achieving maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration. It involves driving technical sales targets, providing basic technical site assistance, and delivering operational results. Drive sales growth through technical value sales of our products and services. Meet or exceed sales targets to increase market share. Manage and anticipate customer requirements proactively. Accurately select and present suitable products and services to meet client needs. Maintain existing customer relationships and establish new ones to grow a loyal customer base. Respond promptly to sales leads, customer requests, and queries. Plan and organize sales call schedules and execute weekly plans efficiently. Prepare accurate cost estimates on Excel and quotations. Utilize assertiveness, confidence, and negotiation skills to close sales and agree on terms. Coordinate and plan sales projects effectively. Actively participate in meetings. Submit detailed reports on site visits, monthly sales, competition activities, and market trends. Plan, organize, prioritize, and multitask daily to meet deadlines and customer needs. Participate in marketing promotions and product initiatives, including trade shows and conferences. Qualifications and experience: 5 – 10 years of technical sales and/or service experience with diesel power generators. Valid driver's license without endorsements. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
