Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Administrative & Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team, driven by anticipated exciting growth opportunities. Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls as required. Type letters and documents. Manage inventory (stores, workshop, office, etc.) and place orders when reaching re-order levels. File records, documents, Job Cards, Delivery Notes, etc. Maintain Pastel specifically for Cost of Sales, Retail prices, and inventory. Perform accounting functions on Pastel, including issuing Quotes, Invoices, Purchase Orders, Statements, Delivery Notes, etc. Open and lock up the office during weekdays as required, ensuring the alarm is activated/deactivated and the electric gate is opened/closed. Actively participate in internal meetings. Plan, organize, prioritize, and multi-task effectively on a daily basis to meet deadlines and customer needs. Maintain existing relationships with customers and establish new ones to grow a pipeline of loyal "fans." Participate in all advertising and marketing promotions, product initiatives (including attending trade shows, conferences, etc.), and other marketing activities as reasonably requested. Prepare accurate cost estimates, deliver quotes via email/WhatsApp for products/services as per customer requirements, and secure orders. Plan, organize, and prioritize after-market orders (e.g., spares, services, repairs, etc.). Prepare marketing material specifically for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok platforms, and others as required. Optimize and maintain a filing system. Formulate, update, and maintain company policies and procedures. Collaborate with the Mainsu team to consistently achieve better results. Execute any reasonable requests by management. Qualifications and experience: 2 - 5 years of internal sales and/or admin experience within a technical environment. Valid driver's license without endorsements. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with social media marketing would be an advantage. Market-related, dependent on qualifications and experience.
