Position Overview: Due to anticipated growth opportunities, we are seeking highly motivated Technical Services personnel to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on driving service sales targets, operational objectives, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should be technically proficient, innovative, and possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit with a commitment to exceeding expectations. Drive sales growth through technical "value sales" of our products and services. Meet or exceed targets to enhance market share. Proactively anticipate and manage customer requirements. Provide accurate and practical service solutions to meet client needs. Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers while cultivating new ones. Respond promptly to service leads, customer inquiries, and requests. Plan and organize service calls efficiently through effective route planning. Prepare precise service cost estimates on Excel. Utilize assertiveness, confidence, and negotiation skills to close service sales effectively. Provide crucial after-sales support services. Coordinate and plan services as required. Actively participate in meetings and submit on-time Job Cards/Service Reports. Effectively prioritize and multitask to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations. Engage in marketing promotions, product initiatives, and attend industry events. Qualifications and experience: Qualification: Qualified electrician with a red seal. Experience: 5-10 years of technical sales and/or services experience. Valid EB driver's license without endorsements. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
