PURPOSE:

We are looking for a knowledgeable and passionate Computer Technician Trainer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that equip participants with the skills and knowledge necessary for success in the field of computer technology. This role is essential for fostering a skilled workforce in the IT sector.

FORMAL EDUCATION:
Level 6 or higher in a relevant field

EXPERIENCE:

At least 5 years of relevant experience in a business environment related to computer technology

TECHNICAL / LEGAL CERTIFICATION

Certifications: AI vendor certification is required
Accreditation: Must be accredited as an assessor and moderator by the MICT SETA

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design and deliver effective training programs tailored to the needs of participants.
Assess and evaluate trainee performance to ensure learning objectives are met.
Develop training materials and resources that align with industry standards.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in the business environment.
